Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the ladder in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all safety manuals, accessories, and the RMA form are included inside.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier or schedule a pickup for larger models.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our safety team inspects the returned unit, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement ladder within 5-7 business days.
